RETAIL PROFIT (0 – 40%)

• ADP’s get a profit margin of 0 – 40% when they merchandise IMPACT products.
• As an IMPACT ADP when you sell IMPACT products on recommended maximum retail price, you earn yourself a Retail Margin of 0 – 40% depending on the product or services you sell.
  
  100 Rs + 20 Rs (Retail Margin) = Maximum Retail Price
  
• For instance, if you sell IMPACT products worth 5000 Rs in a month and the Retail Profit on the products sold is 20%, you can earn a Retail profit of 1000 Rs.

CO-SPONSOR ROYALTY (8%)

• ADP’s in your team would need help with demonstrating IMPACT business opportunity to others.
• When you demonstrate plan and benefits to an acquaintance of an ADP in your team, you become the CO-SPONSOR for that new joining. ADP who knew the acquaintance becomes the SPONSOR.
• ADP who happens to be the CO-SPONSOR for that new joining shall receive Business Volume of 8% every time from PBV(Personal Business Volume) made by the new joining.

Assuming a particular ADP happens to be proposer to 5 new ADP who join with 5000 PBV and generate 5000 PBV for next 2 months, then income of the Proposer would be computed as

SPRINT & SPRINTER

• ADP’s who do 8000 BV in a single business month before reaching 12% Business Zone level, qualify for 12% on a fast track known as Sprint.
• Sprint achievers get products worth 2000 Rs to 3000 Rs by paying just 600 Rs. Sprint and Sprinter products depend on Product category option chosen by ADP. Product category can be of FMCG, Holiday Package, Education, Information Technology. That might vary from time to time.
• ADP’s who have 3 Sprint Achievers in front-downline in single month are known as Sprinter.
• Sprinter gets products worth 5000 Rs by paying just 900 Rs. Consult your upline ADP to learn about current Sprint and Sprinter voucher benefits.

1 + 1 = 11 Club

• IMPACT allots a generous 10% for ADP who generate 11000 PBV in single/part purchase or 25000 PBV in a single purchase.
• When an ADP does 11000 PBV in one month in a single purchase he receives a Yellow Card.
• If an ADP reaches 11000 PBV in multiple purchases over indefinite period, he receives a Blue Card.
• ADP’s doing 25000 PBV in a single purchase receive 3 Green Cards.
• Yellow & Blue cards have an expiry of 3 cycles. Green card has an expiry of 6 cycles.
• ADP’s having Yellow/Blue Card are eligible to receive monetary benefit from 1 + 1 = 11 Club Pool fund for a period of 3 cycles.

• ADP’s having Green Card are eligible to receive monetary benefit from 1 + 1 = 11 Club Pool fund for a period of 6 cycles.
• ADP’s having Blue Card are eligible to receive 60% of pool distribution income as monetary benefit and 40% amount in form of IMPACT Product Coupons.
• Green Card ADPs enjoy special privileges which are declared by Company from time to time.
• Monetary amount paid to 1 + 1 = 11 Club Plan are derived from 1 + 1 = 11 Club Pool Fund. IMPACT takes out 10% amount from every purchase.

CHAMPION’S CLUB (4%)

• ADP’s who have surpassed 20000 GBV and have 2 frontlines (cumulative) are eligible to participate in Champion’s Club.
• ADP’s who have 5000 PBV or more in a particular month qualify for Champion’s Club benefits.
• 4% of Company GBV is distributed among Champion’s Club qualifiers as per points earned by them.
• The formula for arriving at Point Value is calculated as
  
  4% of Company GBV/ Champion’s Club points collected = Point Value

• ADP’s receive their commission based on individual Champion’s Club points generated by them.
  Example: Assuming Company’s total collected GBV for a particular month is 100000, and total Champion’s Club collected points are 20000, then Point Value will be,
  

  4000 / 20000 = 0.2

  If a particular ADP has 7000 PBV, then his Champion’s Club income would be,
  

  7000 * 0.2 = 1400 Rs

LEADER’S CLUB (6%)

• IMPACT distributes 6% among ADP’s who qualify for Leader’s Club.
• To qualify for Leader’s Club, ADP must have 3 frontlines.
• ADP must generate minimum 40000 GBV from 1st Leg, less 30% from the 2nd Leg ie. 28000 GBV, less 30% from 3rd Leg ie. 16000 GBV, in order to qualify for Leader’s Club.
• GBV from 2nd and 3rd Leg must be less by 30% than the GBV of 1st leg. That is to say, if 100000 GBV is generated from Leg 1, then 2nd Leg GBV must be 70000 and 3rd Leg GBV must be 40000.
• Highest BV leg will be considered for point calculation.

Example: Assuming Company’s total collected GBV for a particular month is 1000000, and three ADP’s qualify for Leader’s Club with 40000, 50000 and 100000 GBV respectively, then Point Value will be,

MANAGEMENT EXCELLENCE BONUS (15%)

• IMPACT distributes 15% of total GBV generated in a month among ADP’s who qualify for MANAGEMENT EXCELLENCE BONUS.
• To qualify for MEB, an ADP must have 100000 GBV from single downline leg and a side volume of 60000 GBV from remaining legs.
• Qualified ADP receives 5% TMB points from first level of 100000 GBV in his downline leg, 4% from 2nd level, 3% from 3rd level, 2% from 4th level and 1% from 5th level of qualifiers.
• For 5% level, GBV of unqualified ADP’s is rolled up until a qualifier is reached.
  
• If two downline legs of an ADP are at 100000 GBV, then 45000 GBV must be generated from other legs.
• If three downline legs of an ADP are at 100000 GBV, then 30000 GBV must be generated as SV.
• If four downline legs of an ADP are at 100000 GBV, then 15000 GBV must be generated as SV.
• If Five downline legs of an ADP are at 100000 GBV, then no Side Volume is required for MEB qualification.

Note – An ADP must have 1000 PBV in that cycle to qualify for Management Excellence Bonus.

SUPER INCOME PRODUCER CLUB (2%)

• ADP’s who help 5 downlines in their team(separate front lines legs) in reaching an income of 20000 Rs/month for 3 months qualify for Diamond Income.
• IMPACT distributes 2% of total Company GBV among distributors who qualify for Super Income Producer Club.
• Super Income Producer Club is distributed by Point System based on individual effort of every ADP.
• The formula for arriving at Point Value is calculated as
  
  2% of Company GBV/ Super Income Producer Club points collected = Point Value
  
• ADP’s receive their commission based on individual Super Income Producer Club points generated by them.

PULL

• At IMPACT, an ADP who is successful PULLS up his downline team towards success. Consequently, serious ADPs, who are top performers within a successful ADP’s team succeed faster.
• The same process gets duplicated for new ADPs who succeed later. SUCCESS CREATES SUCCESS!
• In a particular month, if income of any ADP exceeds 50000 Rs, amount in excess of 50000 Rs is taken out and distributed amongst top 10 PBV score ADPs in the particular ADP’s team.
• Minimum 1000 PBV should be done by downline ADP’s in order to be eligible for receiving PULL income for any particular month.

• Top 10 PBV score ADPs receive the following percentage from qualifying ADPs PULL Income:

6 - 4 (MONTH 1)

• Let’s assume an ADP joins with 8000 BV and sponsors 6 new ADPs with 8000 BV and starts building his team. His income would be computed as follows:

Team size = 7 | Total PBV = 8000 | Total GBV = 48000 | Total BV = 56000 | Cumulative BV = 56000
Performance Zone = Achiever Zone (18%)

Retail Profit (20%): 8000 * 20% = 1600 Rs
Co-sponsor Royalty (4%) = 48000 * 8% = 3840 Rs
Achiever Zone Incentive (PBV) = 8000 * 18% = 1440 Rs
Achiever Zone Incentive (GBV) = 48000 * 6% = 2880 Rs
Champion's Club = 1600 Rs
Sprinter Voucher (Fast Track 12% of 6 ADP's) = 8200 Rs

Month 1 total earnings 9760 Rs + 8200 Rs = 17960 Rs

6 - 4 (MONTH 2)

• Let’s assume the downline ADP team now sponsors 4 ADPs with 8000 BV. Income would be computed as follows:

Team size = 31 | Total PBV = 8000 | Total GBV = 248000 | Total BV = 256000 | Cumulative GBV = 312000 | Performance Zone = Income Zone (24%)

Retail Profit (20%): 8000 * 20% = 1600 Rs
Co-sponsor Royalty (4%) = 40000 * 8% = 3840 Rs
Income Zone Incentive (PBV) = 8000 * 24% = 1920 Rs
Income Zone Incentive (GBV) = 248000 * 12% = 29760 Rs
Leaders Club = 15000 Rs (Actuals would depend on Point Value)
1 + 1 = 11 Club = 2000 Rs (Actuals may vary)
Champions Club = 1000 Rs (Actuals may vary)

Month 2 total earnings = 55120 Rs
