ALWAYS KEEP YOUR PROMISE

One cold night, A billionaire met an old poor man outside. 

He asked him, “don’t you feel cold being outside, and not wearing any coat?” 

The old man replied, “I don’t have it but I got used to that.” 

The billionaire replied, “Wait for me. I will enter my house now and bring you one. ” 

The poor man got so happy and said he will wait for him.The billionaire entered his house and got busy there and forgot the poor man. 


In the morning he remembered that poor old man and he went out to search for him but he found him dead because of cold, but he left a NOTE.

“When I didn’t have any warm clothes, I had the power to fight the cold because I was used to that. But when you promised me to help me, I got attached to your promise and that took my power of resisting.

Every networker joins a particular company with hopes of making his career. A distributor, who becomes  future upline, perhaps upline leader, of that particular person, is the one who gives hope to the distributor. It becomes his duty to support him, in training, educating him with system, sales skills, leadership skills and ultimately empowering him in a manner that the new person fulfills his dreams. 

Most teams collapse because there is an element of selfishness when it comes to supporting distributors. A networker should never run after profits. Network Marketing is a business of helping others. It is actually a RELATIONSHIP GAME. If you are good at building relationships, have the empathy to help others, if you can forsake your own comforts for your team to succeed, you are sure to succeed.

If your team achieves their targets, your targets will be achieved. As a matter of fact, you will surpass your targets far more if you focus on helping your team achieve their targets. You will be able to gain long term stability and secure income if your team achieve their targets. 

But as a matter of fact, most networkers and leaders focus on their individual targets, and slow down once their motives are accomplished. A few months later they find themselves still working hard, income plummeting, members leaving the team and other similar challenges.

The mantra for success in Network Marketing is quite simple. Perform your duties towards your team, be completely unselfish and detached from your personal goals and ambitions while helping your team. Simply by following this you will be able to achieve much more.
